Creative Design Resolutions, Inc. (CDR) provides context sensitive, aesthetic design consulting services for highway and bridge, MSE and retaining wall, sound barrier, or related transportation enhancement, and urban environment projects, including decorative concrete form liners and integrated infrastructure amenities.
Founder and CEO, Steven Weitzman, has worked in the transportation design and public art industries since 1971, creating CDR in 1998 to focus solely on integrating aesthetics into America's infrastructure. His experience has enabled him to work collaboratively with Departments of Transportation, engineers, architects, and developers to create dynamic highway infrastructure that finds its inspiration in the history and traditions of a particular community.
CDR also offers aesthetic design services for shovel-ready highway and bridge projects, even when the shovel is already in the ground. Together with its sister company Creative Form Liners, Inc., CDR can aid Departments of Transportation in integrating unique designs into a project's existing specifications, using form liners or color treatments.
