NAIOP Awards
In 2001 Creative Design Resolutions, Inc. was awarded the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) for Best High-Rise Office Development in Maryland. Chase Towers and the interactive urban environment is comprised of three main components: 1) a 34-foot clock fountain that refers to future time, 2) a 14-foot bronze Armillary Sphere that alludes to ancient time, and 3) terrazzo bands and text panels that reflect on the ephemeral nature of time.
