Each time Creative Design Resolutions meets with you, we listen carefully to assess your needs and to discern the parameters of your particular infrastructure project. We take careful notes, ask the right questions, and gather resources to ensure that our design solutions target the needs of your infrastructure project. Once we have reviewed your pertinent project documents, collected all outside information and defined your needs, we move onto the second stage of our process.
We give you choices.
We develop several aesthetic design solutions that include all of your necessary requirements and the needs of the project team members. In this stage, we provide you with several strong design solutions. You will receive detailed plan drawings, naturalistic computer or three-dimensional models, and a detailed description of the design intent.
We work together to find the right solution.
We understand that project planning is a dynamic process and that project needs often change. When this is the case, we adjust and revise the aesthetic designs to find the right solution for you. You should expect nothing less from our team.
We provide the deliverables.
You will receive "road maps" to execute the design solution. These deliverables include plan sheets that become a part of your construction documents and specifications that are incorporated into your final document set. We provide concise narrative and graphic plans to assist you in the easy fabrication and installation of the design solutions.
We consult on site during installation. You can count on CDR to be there every step of the way to ensure the successful installation of your infrastructure project. During your final fabrication and installation stages, we are there to answer any questions or respond to any concerns that may arise.
