Highway Design
Many of our designs for your retaining wall, sound barrier and bridge projects use modular form liners that can be reconfigured to create miles of unique designs using a finite number of original form liner patterns. We have developed an innovative and interactive process that allows your engineers, architects and urban planners to participate in the development and selection of these solutions.
These highway aesthetic treatments can be pre-cast or cast on site with no disruption to normal construction by using form liners manufactured by our Creative Form Liners, Inc. affiliate or by another qualified fabricator. Whether it is a design for a custom-built form liner, or an existing design from our inventory, our goal is always to provide you with a design solution that fulfills all of your highway infrastructure project requirements. We are committed to providing you with “state of the art highway enhancement”™ that is delivered on time and in budget.
Urban Environments
Our design services extend beyond highway and bridge infrastructure projects to include urban environment projects for residential and commercial places such as train stations, garages, condominiums, office buildings and more. We design integrated urban environments with site-specific components, such as street light standards, fountains, columns and hardscape. Our designs incorporate durable low-maintenance materials, including
Fotera™, cor-ten steel, cement, glass, bronze and fabric, directly into the structural construction so that you can readily turn your functional spaces into participatory and interactive environments.
Regardless of the project parameters, our team always brings you a unique and practical perspective for any urban infrastructure project. A client stated:
We have had a very good experience working with Creative Design Resolutions, Inc. on a community development project in Northeast Maryland. Steven and his team brought a fresh view of how the community could picture itself and a practical design approach to connect disparate neighborhoods with community amenities in the downtown area.
