Creative Design Resolutions works with Departments of Transportation across the country to develop site-specific designs for shovel-ready highway and bridge projects.

Design Development - We integrate aesthetic designs directly into your existing engineered plans for time-sensitive infrastructure projects. Our designs build on the planned structure, projected site functions, and regional culture to express a context sensitive solution to the project's design needs.

Community Outreach - When there is time, CDR is normally brought in as a liaison between DOTs and their constituents, engineers, and architects to help translate everyone's needs and interests into universal and cohesive design concepts.

Final Designs - Once the aesthetic concepts are approved, CDR provides its client with final computer models, fly-throughs, AutoCAD drawings, specifications and cost estimates to incorporate into their bid set.

Construction - These aesthetic design solutions can be incorporated into any infrastructure development, using normal construction methods. We achieve this through our association with our sister company Creative Form Liners, Inc., who manufactures many of the custom form liners needed to implement projects designed by CDR, or others.
